1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
 
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Sale items cannot be returned.
    • Damaged or worn clothing not caused by shipping or defects.
 
  • The item must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
    • Unused and unworn condition.
    • Original tags must be attached.
    • Original packaging must be intact, including all accessories provided with the product, such as:
      1. Thanks card
      2. Stickers
      3. Inner plastic
      4. Box

2. Refund Process

  • Full refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be provided for eligible returns.
  • Customers may also request an exchange instead of a refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers must arrange their own return shipping.

  • In cases where the product is damaged or defective, customers must:
    1. Record an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon opening.
    2. Provide detailed photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • This evidence will be used to process refunds, exchanges, or further actions.
